We (VMCC Norwich) have been asked to show our bikes at Hethersett Hall Care Home from 1330 next Wednesday. There will be light refreshments provided.

I have put a 38 mile run on afterwards ending at the Hingham White Hart pub.

It's all very flexible, see you there.
